The Doug Davis Foundation was established in 2008.  It has been set up as a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization.

The Foundation has one active event scheduled for the remainder of the year. 

The premier event is the 3rd Annual Celebrity/Charity Golf Invitational, set for December 6, 2010, in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The Invitational will be held at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.

A second event took place in Glendale, Wisconsin on Sunday, August 8, 2010.

Doug, Ryan Braun, Prince Fielder and Other Teammates participated in The 2010 BOWL - A - THON

The proceeds from the event were donated to the Miracle League of Milwaukee to help build a specially designed baseball field for children with special needs.  The event was a huge success with fun for all.
